are selling your company/want to quit your job/need to fire someone and
you’re seeking:
to vent your emotional concerns
to process said emotional concerns along with the related business and personal issues
to unpack and organize these concerns in a framework that accounts for your values and aspirations
to get to the bottom of what’s causing the concern
to craft decisions rules that would incorporate all the moving pieces of your situation
to identify courses of action that would support the work that we do that is beyond my scope of competence (therapy, other professional advice, etc.)
to achieve the best outcome for all in alignment with strong moral and ethical values
to reach a place of zen regardless of the ultimate results

INVESTMENT
Coaching engagements are month to month. A standard engagement includes 2 x 60 minute sessions a month. Additional sessions can be added on as needed. Sessions are conducted over Zoom. I provide a free 30 minute discovery session to determine if we are a good fit to work together.
